PUPILS at a primary school were given a free trip on a park and ride bus before £200 was donated.
First Bus took the group of Danbury Park Community Primary School students for a ride of one of the buses which made a stop off in their Chelmsford depot’s car wash.
They were then taken to visit Santa and company mascot Freddie the Frog where they were each given hi-vis jackets and a cheque for £200 for the school.
Teacher Sarah White said: “Seeing Freddie the frog, meeting Father Christmas and going through the bus washer all added up to the most wonderful afternoon.
“We are blown away with Firsts generosity and kindness.”
