Witness appeal after car vandalised in Chelmsford
A CAR had it's tyres slashed and was covered in red paint and paint stripper by yobs outside a home in Chelmsford.
Vandals targeted a silver Ford Puma in Bounderby Grove, Melbourne, at some point between 2pm on December 19 and 6am the following day.
Officers from Essex Police are appealing for witnesses who believe they saw the incident happen to contact them.
