WITNESSES of an attempted burglary in Chelmsford are being sought by police.

At some point between 7.15am and 7.10pm on December 11, crooks forced open the door of a home in Warwick Parade before causing damage to another door inside.

Nothing was stolen from the property and police are calling for anyone who saw the incident happen to come forward.

Dc Raymond Hull said: "This incident happened during the day time so I’m hoping that a dog walker or passer-by may have heard the noise, and be able to help with information.”
