A COMEDY night regularly held in Chelmsford will be raising cash for charity at their December show.
Comedy Showcase will take to the stage at the Cramphorn Theatre, in Fairfield Road, next Saturday, December 14.
In a twist to the normal show, the evening will be a fundraising night for Chelmsford-based homeless charity Chess which organisers raise money for annually.
Top of the bill for the show will be Edinburgh Award nominee Tom Wrigglesworth who presents his own comedy show on BBC Radio 4.
Also appearing on the night is Spencer Brown whose latest short film The Boy With A Camera For A Face winning the Best of the Festival award at the St Louis International Film Festival.
Completing the line-up for the evening are Paul Duncan-McGarrity, Mat Ewins and Bobby Freeman.
Tickets cost £12.50 with doors opening at 7.30pm.
