9:30am Tuesday 22nd October 2013 in News
Police are looking into the circumstances which led to a male in his 20s dying outside a public toilet block in Chelmsford.
Officers went to the building in Market Road at about 5.55pm on Monday after they received reports of a man who was unwell inside the toilets.
Despite attempts by themselves and paramedics to save the man's live, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the supply of articles in use of preparation of opiates.
Detectives are treating the death as unexplained and would like anyone with information to contact the Chelmsford CID team on 101.
