Running in her brother's memory
10:21am Wednesday 11th September 2013 in News
THE sister of a marathon runner who tragically died earlier this year is doing the Great North Run in his honour.
Robyn Hadley, 20, from Chelmsford, is taking part in the half marathon in memory of her brother Skyler.
He had been due to run the race himself, but was killed in a motorcycle accident just weeks after finishing the London Marathon.
Skyler, who had Asperger’s syndrome, had run in aid of the National Autistic Society and this is also the charity Robyn will fundraise for.
She said: “Skyler was a wonderful brother and an inspirational person and every step will be for him. ”
