A MAN who pulled up next to a woman in his car as he performed a “sex act” is being searched for by police.

He is believed to be between 21 and 40 years old, with a pale complexion and short blond hair.

He wore a navy blue T-shirt when he parked the red Toyota Prius he was driving beside the victim in Havengore, Springfield.

He started speaking to the 20-year-old woman during the incident which happened at about 5.30pm, on April 17.

While they spoke, the victim noticed, after looking into the vehicle, the suspect was not wearing trousers or underwear and was performing a sex act.

Officers from Essex Police have released an e-fit image of the man.
