Delays after car smash on A130

Motorists travelling towards Chelmsford were delayed on Tuesday morning after a crash involving two cars.
The incident happened during the morning rush hour period on the northbound side of the A130 between the Rettendon Turnpike junction and the A12 junction.
A red Mini Cooper and white Range Rover were involved in the crash with the drivers receiving minor injuries.
It has been confirmed by Essex Police the owner of the Mini has agreed to participate in a driver improvement scheme following the crash.
One lane of the road was blocked by wreckage from the smash and was not reopened until just after 9am.
