Radio presenter Zoe Hardman has said she felt “quite traumatised” after the birth of her first baby.
The Heart FM DJ and her rugby player boyfriend, Paul Doran Jones, welcomed daughter Luna into the world in September.
Zoe, 33, had planned a water birth, but revealed to Hello! that following a gruelling labour, Luna was delivered with forceps.
She said: “They don’t call it labour for nothing. I felt really quite traumatised afterwards. It was hardcore. It took me a while to process it… I cried a lot about it.”
“Next time around I’ll just have an epidural and a cup of tea,” she added.
The couple are good friends with Mike and Zara Tindall and Paul revealed: “They’re over the moon for us.”
Zoe is loving being a mother and marked her baby being one month old on Instagram with a photograph and the touching caption: “One month with you. Can’t believe I spent 33 years without you. My beautiful little girl.”
