Craig Charles has become the second star to walk out of the jungle on this year’s I’m A Celebrity after his brother died suddenly.
The Coronation Street star cut short his stay in the jungle after he was informed of the death of his older brother Dean.
The Corrie actor was missing from the live section of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last night, after he was reportedly told by producers of the death.
ITV said in a statement: “Craig decided to leave the IAC camp earlier today and will be heading back to his family the UK. We send our sincere condolences to Craig and his family.”
Craig, 50, was not seen with his fellow contestants when presenters Ant and Dec entered the campsite on last night’s episode.
He has left after The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins quit in dramatic fashion, lasting only three days.
And she told fellow campers that the show had put her off TV for life.
